Prices are subject to changes due to season and special offers.
Prices listed are per room and per day.
Listed prices are in euro and include taxes foreseen by law. Prices are subject to changes during the season without further notice.
Prices can only be fixed as shown when making a reservation via our automatic reservation system in our website with credit card payment.
Room reservation via e-mail
For room reservations via e-mail, reservation price is the current price on reservation date.
You can pay the deposit (25% of the price) or the total sum via bank transfer to the bank account which you will receive by e-mail.
To complete the reservation, we will need your name, surname and at least one contact phone number.
You will then receive a booking confirmation mentioning your name, the sum paid and the dates of your stay. This confirmation should be printed and presented at the reception desk upon arrival.
The payment is to be completed upon arrival, if it hasn’t been made in advance.
Room reservation via telephone
The above mentioned terms also apply for room reservation via telephone.
Passport or ID card should be available upon request at check-in.
Guests have to be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

. for check out between (11:00 – 18:00) there is an additional charge 30% of the room price
. for check in or check out beyond these hours, the hotel charges for an additional day.
For a more convenient procedure, we recommend booking at least one day in advance.
Room cancellation policy
You are kindly requested to inform us as soon as possible for possible changes or cancellation in order to avoid additional charges.
Rooms can be cancelled minimum 30 days prior to arrival date without additional charges.
For cancellations from 5 to 30 days prior to arrival date you will be charged 50% of the total price.
For cancellations from 2 to 5 days prior to arrival date you will be charged 75% of the total price.
For cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival you will be charged full penalty.

Information about credit card payment security
When completing our online reservation form, please fill in the details as they appear on your credit card. For a safe payment you should use a safe browser, such as Windows Internet Explorer, Netscape or Mozilla, which supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an electronic protocol which is necessary for safe online payments.
The SSL protocol ensures a safe payment via its encryption process.
